thanx for allowing us to upload videos. however id like to create a video (using photo to video converter from other sites) but i cannot retrieve/import the pictures uploaded by members of my family from MyHeritage Album/Photos...is there any way i can import those photos? again, thanx.
You can easily import photos from your family site to your computer by using the Download option. This button appears at the top of the page where you see a photo and at the top of the page where you see an album. When you are in the main Albums page of the site, this option is available from the “More actions” button by selecting the “Download all items” option.
The Download option creates a ZIP file containing all the photos in the album (or containing one photo if you’ve selecting only one photo). Your browser may give you a warning at the top of the browser screen which you will need to accept.
