The error list gets longer and longer.

NO SmartMatches since Dec 12:th´201

Can not import a GEDCOM file

Uppdate/add/correct a record takes between 4-5 minutes

For 3 days I have not been able to upload/sync my tree ERROR "AUG 2013 20:13:12 GMT 1: Fel: 19 prepsql.exe didn't create upload/database/output folder"

Today I was able to upload the tree BUT................. NO photos!

Hi Jack,

As previously stated, we are investigating these issues.

The first 3 issues are related to your huge tree, as for the last one we are doing our best to pin-point it and to resolve the issue as fast as possible.

If you have more information regarding the last problem please send me the details in our email exchange, I already know very well your other problems (as we have discussed them and already collected information about them).

I too am having trouble “Syncing“ my FTB data to the online tree. I habve been trying for 3 days now. The Sync progress always seems to freeze at 96%. So I hav not been able to update my online tree. I hav even left the program running overnight. Not impressed with MyHeritage any more. I am looking for a new program.

Hi Jacquie,

I see that you are using one of the early versions of FTB7 (7101).

The issue you reported was fixed a while ago.

Please download and install the latest version (7121) from this page:

http://www.myheritage.com/family-tree-builder

Or you can click Help > Check for updates in your software.

I just checked my winxp virtual box version of MH and it is 7.0 build 7121 my sync never works, has never worked right out of the box.  I've resorted to doing all my work on the website instead of in my virtual box running winxp.  Base OS is Linux, but it shouldn't make any difference.  A database sync is a database synce the underlying os should be irrelevant.
