............... over the MH support team. Today I got an e-mail from "Marianne, senior support team member at MyHeritage". It was a VERY positive and friendly mail and she is going to call me in the beginning of next week, witch I really look forward to. I can also verify that I have been generously compensated for all the trouble I have had for the past 7 months. This really gives me the faith back for MH.
I have been around computers since late 70:ies also as an amateur programmer mostly working with databases (FoxBase, DBase and Access) so maybe even an oldie like me can give MH some hints.
