How do I change a family members email so they can be contacted?

I changed it this way: at first I deleted the person. And then I invited him again for the membership of my site with the new e-mailadress.

Thanks for that, it does say something about deleting, I was a bit worried though that it would delete the person entirely from the site. I suppose though if that happened, it would just be a case of re-enter the details.
