Hi!  I have this problem for a while now and had sent numerous email on how I can resolve my problem...my family tree would not load...I have explained details of it but did not get anymore response...

after all the hardship of building the family site and uploading photos, I might just end up deleting my site..which is no use if I cannot see my family tree.

HELP..anyone?

Hi , When clicking on Family Tree, you get the message "Loading Family Tree..." and nothing happens. The tree doesn't load. It just sits there for hours, correct? If you see this message and do NOT see the tree icon with the revolving green arrow it means you do not have Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer. Go to www.adobe.com to download and then try again.
