Anna can you tell me how I have someone "turn on" my premium upgrade? I paid but do not have the premium upgrade. Is there someone specific I need to contact? Customer service is not responding. Thank you for anything you can do to help

I went back to look at what I purchased . Basic is free. Premium is $76 and premium plus is more. Those are my only choices and I paid $76 thinking I would get 2500 people on my tree and be able to confirm matches. I'mostly concerned about having a bigger tree. Also I cannot contact other site managers about family members. Can this be checked again
