No Response from Customer service

I have emailed customer service a number of times over the last two months with no response regarding a double payment taken out of my bank account for my subscription. Not only has the money been taken twice,but I cannot  search records, when I click on a record it takes me to a page and ask me to subscribe. WTF I am over it and can't get any response from customer service to fix this problem.Any suggestions what next to do people.

The issue was resolved, the customer was refunded.
