Why other members on Family Tree at MyHeritage website are unable to see new futures like?:
1. Add Family Events
2. Add Father
3. Add Mother
4. Add Partner
5. Add Child
6. Edit tool for existing members
I'm able to see all the new added futures, but other members on my Family Tree website are unable to have the access to all these futures so they can add new info onto the website. I've looked into the Site Settings to give permissions, but still they can not see anything. Please let me know how to make everyone have the permission to see and to add info.
I am not sure, but I think I read somewhere in forum post from MyHerritage team with answer to another user including info that (probably in case that origin of the family tree was made by Family Tree Application) only person who updates the tree by the application see these edit funcionalities to prevent the situation that anybody can modify anything. I didin't try it yet by myself. Maybe the bahaviour is different in case aaht family tree was built directly on web - in this case all members could have permission to add data. Not sure.
Well I've installed the FTB 7 to sync both ways. I can see the new futures online, but the other members aren't able to see anything to do editing on the Family Tree. I want a solution urgently from MyHeritage team to overcome this problem if it's possible.
Well that's what I've been asking to have the access for all members who I give permissions as Site Managers to be able to do editing while logged in on the Family Tree at MyHeritage. I was expecting that when I installed the FTB 7.0 it would be by default to change all that and give the permissions to all Site managers. How soon can you change it for me so everyone can have the Permissions for editing? Most of the members on my Family Tree are waiting for the changes as soon as possible.
