Membership upgrade problem

I'm trying to upgrade my tree to Silver level but, when I try to go on with the payment, I receive an error saying the the web page has expired.

Do you have problems with  the payment system? Is there another way to upgrade?

I cannot get upgraded, I paid and got no receipt....anyone else having this problem?

If you are having trouble upgrading with Paypal,

You can upgrade using other methods.

I have paid for a 1 year premium upgrade on 8th Nov 2011 through Plimus Sales.
Order Reference Number     63099932
Account Number                40773364
Cost:                                USD$75.00
This upgrade has not been applied.
I am still limited to 250 persons.
Can you please follow this up and tell me what has gone wrong?

Thank you for writing to us.

I was able to locate the site that you upgraded using the order number bellow. It is the PARKYN Web Site which is under Ken Parkyn's account., and not one of the sites under your own account.

I was ONLY responding to Ken Parkyn posting......

I had sent several EMAILS, yesturday..My last EMAIL was requesting a refund that I had paid for Premium Upgrade that does NOT work and I have sent 3 different requests to DELETE MY SITES.
