I am still limited to 250 persons.

I was able to locate the site that you upgraded using the order number bellow. It is the PARKYN Web Site which is under Ken Parkyn's account., and not one of the sites under your own account.
I had sent several EMAILS, yesturday..My last EMAIL was requesting a refund that I had paid for Premium Upgrade that does NOT work and I have sent 3 different requests to DELETE MY SITES.
My account has not been upgraded to Premium. Have I paid for someone else's account? If so can you transfer to my account? This seems to be a ongoing problem. I-4KMKOLPKYB25
