I think is because the abode air app that myheritage is built on. We have to first install the air. I have the same issue with my new phone, maybe couse the custom rom its using.

I have no any success to install air on my GinderBread phone :/ hope you will be more lucky... Let us know! How we should report this to the team to take notice? Is there a sub-forum or mail?
