I was just wondering if a new Forum could be launched? I've seen other forums on line where interested parties could talk back and forth to one another, or ask questions to the entire group, or for help on finding information about specific relatives, such as dates of birth, or places of death, or name of parents, etc. That would be a great tool for us to have at My Heritage. Of course, I realize we're talking about thousands of families, which might make it impossible. But, just a thought.
I completely understand you, and it is complicated for us, the customer service as-well. We are definitely trying to improve the system and we are working on better ways to communicate with our customers. Thank you so much for your feedback as it is much appreciated.
