If by "removing names" you meant to delete the items that were entered erroneously, try the following steps.
1) Go to the box of the person & click the "Add" button.
2) On the left side of the screen you will see the option "Delete this person".
3) If you intend to delete more than 1 person connected by the branches / string, make sure that you work your way from the last string (the last entry) going up the branch.
Don't forget this: you must delet or remove the names entender in error on your software downloaded in your PC. After removing those names, save the action and immediately you'll receive the question which will lead you to your website online in order to update your new pieces of information.
