I was just curious about your post. It seems to me the only ones interested in a photo from find a gave would be other family members, so they would be the only ones downloading the pictures. Why would you be willing to share photos of the dearly departed with anyone who happens to look on find a grave's site, but not be willing to share them with family members on the MyHeritage site??? I'm not trying to be condesending, or make you angry, I just don't understand your reasoning????
MyHeritage has an agreement with Find A Grave under which it is licensed to show search results from Find A Grave in MyHeritage. The result contains a link to the original page on the Find A Grave website.
If you uploaded content to Find A Grave which you wish to make public, contact Find A Grave and ask for its removal. It will then automatically be removed from MyHeritage as well.

Sorry, but this response makes no sense??
Whatever agreement you have with Findagrave it does NOT include some one elses photos added to the site.
This is taken directly from the Findagrave FAQ's
I found a photo of a relative on Find A Grave, can I use it?
Photos posted to memorials on Find A Grave are copyrighted by the member who submitted the photos. Lifting the photo to use elsewhere would be a violation of copyright. You must obtain written permission from the member to use any photo for your own use. In general if you did not take the photo yourself, you do not hold the copyright to the photo.
Any photos that I have posted are still MINE and not to be used on your site without my permission.
Thank you for sending me the relevant search results over email.
I have removed the links from MyHeritage to your records on Find A Grave, and have also removed all the photos already copied from there from the relevan MyHeritage family sites.
