MEMBER NOT ABLE TO LOGIN - HANDLED BY ESTHER W.

ESTHER, MY BROTHER JOSE CONCEPCION GONZALES, A MEMBER OF OUR WEB PAGE IS EXPERIENCING DIFFICULTIES WITH REGISTRATION/LOGIN. APPARARENTLY YOU HAVE RESPONDED, BUT HE IS STILL WAITING FOR A VALID PASSWORD.

ON THE PROFILE AND FAMILY TREE I GAVE HIS FULL NAME, BUT HE OVERLOOKED THIS FACT AND ATTEMPTED TO LOG IN AS JOSE GONZALES AND THE SYSTEM TELLS HIM THAT HIS EMAIL IS BEING USED BY ANOTHER MEMBER. ABOUT AN HOUR AGO, HE TRIED AGAIN USING HIS FULL , BUT ONCE AGAIN HE FAILED.

I APOLOGIZE FOR OUR CONFUSED STATE. PLEASE RESPOND AS WE ARE ANXIOUS TO RESOLVE ASAP. 

ALSO, HOW DOES SOMEONE REQUEST PERMISSION FROM THE WEBMASTER TOVISIT THE WEBSITE. SOME OF OUR MEMBERS HAVE USED THIS OPTION, BUT NOT ONE PERSON REMEMBERS WHAT THEY DID.

Hi Mary, I wrote to your brother this morning, and we are working to solve the login problem ASAP. If you find a Family Site that has information that you are interested in, but is blocked to the public, you will need to contact the Webmaster of that site to request membership. You can do this by going to the bottom of the login page for the Family Site and select "Contact Webmaster" link. Fill out a nice message with the reason you would like to be a member and submit.
