Hi all, one of my site members has contacted me saying she is unable to send birthday greetings etc. She appears to be blocked somehow. Loads of other members of my site do this and I cant find any settings to unblock her.

Could you please give us the name of the member in question? If you would like, we can discuss this over private email if you send an email to Support@myheritage.com.
Could you try maybe deleting her and then re-adding?
