I paid for the Premium Subscription and Premium Family Tree Builder on the 28th December 2012 and my account is still not updated? What is going on? In January you provided me a temporary one month premium subscription but it already expired and I never got the Premium Family Tree Builder software.
This is starting to look like a scam. After my complaint here in the forum, I received an e-mail contact from the support personnel asking me to send the transfer proof again so they could solve the problem. I sent the PDF proof on the 17th February and still nothing, the account is still as it was (free/normal subscription).
I'm starting to get annoyed with all this situation and if this is not resolved shortly I'll have to proceed with a legal action with my lawyers.
