Downgrade to Basic

Hi,

I would like to downgrade back to basic. I haven't really been on the site too much and do not see the point in paying for something I am not using. Also, I thought that I would get a chance to say if I wanted my account renewed. I did not. However, I see no link or anything to downgrade. So if there is anything that can be done about a switching my subscription and getting a refund, let me know.

Dear Payton,   Thanks for your post. We have been trying to reach you to your phone without success.   Are you sure that you would like to cancel your subscription? If you do you will loose many interesting features you have as a Premium user and the access to MyHeritage collections in the Super Search. Are you sute that this is what you want?
