Your account had automatic renewal and so at the end of your first year, you were automatically charged. I have refunded you in full for the payment that was applied to your account on 7 Dec 2012.
I have emailed this site several times!!! My card was charged and I want a refund. If action is not taken I will be reporting this site as fraudulant. There is no phone numbers for support, etc. My card was charged $76.18. I am asking for a refund. This site is not user friendly.
