No kidding... i'm really put off by how hard they make it to cancel.  I was mislead into a promotioin that said membership for a year for 69 and i did it and it's only to look information up but they keep you at basic site membership... been trying to cancel for 2 days.

 

Very very shady way of conducting business.

Dear Timothy,

Thanks for writing.

If a user wants to delete an account he/she simply need to write to support@myheritage.com . We will cancel the subscription ASAP.

Free trials can be cancelled directly from the family site under Account  > My Purchases .
