in my family listings i find that 1 family is listed 2 or 3 times and i would like to delete all but the most recent i already fixed in family trees it's the families listings also i have published updated info and it does not show up why?
There is a bug in Family Tree Builder (we've fixed it in the latest version) that causes your family tree to be duplicated rather than updated when published more than once.
Please go to Genealogy -> Family Trees on your family website and check if your tree is listed more than once. If this is the case, delete the older of the trees. This will take care of the duplication without sacrificing any new information.
Hi. I seem to have ended up with duplicate programmes too which don't seem to merge. It's easy to say delete one, but that requires some work to establish which one (with all the inputted information), to dump). I don't think this is a user problem. I think it's a My Heritage problem from, what I'm reading?
