Ok, now I can click on "E-mail a rep" but it does not work, absolutely nothing happens. No one answers my question in Forum about why data from my tree does not show up in research. Your ignorance is unbelievable, I do not know how to contact you, is there a phone number I an call?
Well,the new "ask an Agent by E-mail" now works when using my Net book with Windows XP but not with this I-Pad. I am still waiting for explanation why the data from my tree does not show in RESEARCH when entering names in it?
