I have a my family account under one address and would like to change it to my new email address. HOWEVER....someone recently added me to their site using my new address and now it will not let me change my address. It keeps saying that the address already has an account.....Is there anyway to merge them all into one account? Thanks in advace
Hi Unfortunately, at this point in time, there is no way to merge two family sites that were opened with different e-mail addresses. What you can do is keep one of the websites, and close down the other one. (and then if you are interested in switching the password for the account that you do keep open, you can).
