Hi! I have one family tree, where have 59 person. I invited one person to my tree, and he see only 34 person on online page. How can I setting to he see all person on my tree? See the attached image.
In order to load the tree faster and to display it in a visible user friendly way, we load several branches each time.
If the entire tree would of displayed at once, it would show many boxed and lines and you couldn't follow the connections.
Each Branch that wasn't loaded and displayed can be expanded and become visible by clicking the branch icon next to the individual card (blue and pink rectangles icon)
By the way, if you wish you can create an all-in-one chart that will display the entire tree in one chart.
My question is related, perhaps, to the original one in this thread.
I am using the Family Tree Builder and uploading to the site. In the Family Tree Builder I select a person as "Home Person." I select a person other than myself.
After uploading, the on-line tree does not initially display the entire branch of the Home Person selected in Family Tree Builder. What it seems to display is only that portion of the Home Person's branch which connects the Home Person with me. For example, although the selected Home Person had 5 children, the tree initially displayed in the on-line site shows only the child in the direct line between me (the Home Person's great grandchild) and the Home Person.
As you indicated in your first response, I can click on the "branch card" icon to display the Home Person's full branch. My preference, however, is that the first tree displayed upon loading of the family site would reveal the full branch of the selected Home Person.
The online tree will display the direct realtion to you (the home person). I am afraid that you cannot change the default branches that are displayed on those that are hidden.
If you wish, you can choose to set a different home person (only for the online site):
