Is it a bug in My Heritage ?
I've complained to MyHeritage about this same problem, starting several months ago. Recently, customer service replied to my complaints, acknowledged that this is a bug and said that MyHeritage is developing a new and better matching program, which will fix the bug, but won't be ready "any time soon." I don't want to confirm matches I haven't seen, so I guess I'll just wait for the new and improved matching software.
Thanks - but I can't confirm that it works for me, because now there are no missing persons under the 'Pending Confirmation' tab. Maybe somebody has corrected an error in MyHeritage after reading my post ;-)).
Yes, you are right. Your solution works, but you can't see which mathes you are confirming, so I will still state that there is a bug in MyHeritage in some cases with SmartMatches.
