problem with "new" record matching feature - Forums

Thank you for your prompt reply. I'll check again tonight - but the last time I looked - the record matches were mainly for the Desrosiers (maternal) side of the family.

When the record matches were 1st released, I had two pull down boxes. The 1st allowed me to choose either Gohier OR Desrosiers - and the 2nd allowed me to choose between % reliability OR selected.

Now - there is only one pull down menu - allowing me to choose between % reliability OR selected.

I'd like to have it back the way it was two weeks ago.....

Hi Georges,

Thank you for writing to us.

At this point in time you can filter Record matches according to your tree, only if you have record matches for people in both trees.

You currently have Record Matches for your

Gohier Family tree, but not for your Desrosiers family tree.

This may be because the tree was removed, and then republished. Please be patient, and you should see matches in your second tree within a few days.

I have updated the Record matches for both your trees, and you should see them within the next few days, for both trees, and then you should see the option to switch between them.
