Calendar alert message issue

Greetings all-  Does anyone have issues with calendar alerts for upcoming birthday notification on live twins?  I have a set of twins in my tree and only got notified about one of them haveing a birthday.  However, I have another set of twins that came through just fine.  I checked all my data entires and could see no anomolies.  Any clues as to what might be going on or steer me to other forum entries.  Thanks for you inputs.  -Dean

Thanks for your post.

Probably the date of birth of the twin that didn't showed up in the notification was entered in free text instead of selecting the date from the calendar? Is that the case? I recommend you to delete the date and re-enter it again selecting it from the calendar.
