Is it possibble to work with ONE support person when requesting information. I am having serious problems making contact with MY HERITAGE SUPPPOERT and have question unanswered sometimes for more than a week. I upgraded to PREMIUM PLUS so that I could get quick answers due to the timeframe I am having to work under to complete a project but this has made no difference. Please help me someone!!!!
We're doing our best to reply all emails as soon as possible. Once you get an answer to your email as reply to the question you sent via support form, you can get back to the same person, replying his/her email to ask for further help and send more questions.
