After 3 weeks of trying to print from the PDF sent by email or onsite comes through blank I have finally given up .
NO HELP FROM SUPPORT AT ALL OF THIS SITE
Now I have to start again from scratch as this site does not offer the option to download GED files only import them in , make sure you can back it all up or through here you will lose a lot of info that has taken weeks to build up.
Forget to mention in my last email - I used to be able to print my family tree off onto more than one page. However, I can only get it on one page now and it's way too small to read.
You don't by any chance know how to get it on more than one page?
I've sent 3 emails to Support and got one reply which wasn't even relevant to the question!!
Have you ever been able to print out on more than one page yet? This is so frustrating, I would hate to have to change sites in order to get this done.
Hi , Our new format of printing charts of the family tree, is to print the whole tree in one page. If your tree is very large, this may mean that your tree will come out being very small, and perhaps a little difficult to read. If this is the case we suggest that you take the charts to a printing shop to have them professionally printed on large size paper it will be easy to print to one page. I know I am only speaking for myself here, but I use printouts of my tree to take with me when I am visiting relatives so I can write on information there and then - it makes it easier to track down all the changes and relationships rather than relying on written notes.
As a result, I print out the tree quite often, and taking it to a printing shop every time will be prohibitively expensive - not to mention time consuming!
Perhaps it would be possible to give us the option to choose whether we want the tree to appear on multiple pages, or on a single sheet for professional printing?

I totally agree with this posting - can we please have the option back to print on multiple pages. Several members of my family would like copies so they can add missing information. I can't justify taking it to a printer's everytime.

PLEASE PLEASE BRING BACK THE MULTIPLE PAGE OPTION.
I absolutely agree with printing on multiple pages. I want to create a banner for our reunion this summer and I just cannot keep taking this to the printer every time I have a change. Please give us this option back!!!!
This has sometimes happened to me. I view the tree from the bottom of the page where you have requested it from. It takes a few minutes to appear and you may have to refresh your screen before it does appear. This way you don't need to wait for the email.
