If I were to purchase this as an add on to the Premium package .... would i have SIGNIFICANT access to Australian BDM, plus info regarding immigrants, shipping lists and convict lists etc?
I long while ago (about 4 months I think) I saw a response about the World Vital Records which I think said the data was being integrated into the Super Search items. I have been looking for that response for the last few weeks, it was somewhere in the forums. I think that integration was scheduled for early 2013.
I purchased a subscription to the data package as well as my Premium family tree subscription and I still cannot access those records, although the tree keeps telling me the matches are there. So I am waiting to see what happens in 2013. However, I do feel I have paid a lot of money for nothing relevant.
I'm having a hard time figuring out what I paid for as well. I just signed up to the premium site and the data plan that is supposed to contain "full access to all our historical records: census, birth, marriage and death records, newspapers, family trees and photos, many of them not available anywhere outside of MyHeritage."
Yet everytime I click "View Records" it sends me to another page wanting 81.95. I suspect that My Heritage is a Ferengi owned business.

When you use the research tool and records matching in Family Tree Builder you are taken to our partner company WorldVitalRecords.com. Your SuperSearch data subscription isn't recognized there and so you are prompted to pay again. We plan to change this so that the research tool and records matching will take you directly to SuperSearch, but we have a little more work to do on the structure before we can make the switch. You can use SuperSearch at MyHeritage (http://www.myheritage.com/research) and get full access to all records there.
Any update on this? I'm still finding it annoying and I can't imagine that this isn't making others unhappy. At the very least there should be some kind of notifiication or redirect.
If you can't send the correct authentication data to WorldVitalRecords.com at least redirect to the link you provided from which the search will work.
We have already fixed this for the next version of Family Tree Builder which should come out in the near future.
Regarding the notification or redirect, or developers can't manipulate the software without giving you an install file and a new version which needs extensive testing. Nor can we redirect people to the appropritate place, as when results are found you will be given a specific link that will show a record, and so if we do redirect then World Vital Records would not exist.
We extremely value your patience regarding this matter.
