Hi. I have an active WVR subscription and I am unable to access the Record Matching content. It appears that your WVR active user data may not have been gathered for all paid up WVR subscriptions when you went through the process to activate us for Record Matching. Can you please organise for my promised access to Record Matching. Thanks.
