May 19:th 2012 i published a Family Tree, Gotland, on my webspace. I have a Premium account. Today, more than 4 months later I still have NO SmartMatches for that tree!!! That can NOT be possible as I have many names from that FamilyTree in my other published tree, Jackson 2011-12-30 and get lots of matches, also for persons i the Gotland tree.
So what you are saying is that there are NO matching done when I have uploaded my FamilyTree the first time? I have to upload it, make changes on my PC and upload it again before I can have any matches?
I do have to say that you have NOT answered my question at all, just telling me how your server handles matches.
Ok I'll do some changes in the trre and re-upload it and we will see what happens,
I`ve had that same problem for about a week now - All my smart-match disappeared both on my treebuilder and on my web-site. I used to resive about 15-25 e-mails pr. day with smart-matches, but now i don`t get any ?
And the new Record-match shows about 10 match - but when i open the record match there are none?
I really hope that MyHeritage can solve the problem - i don`t hope that i`ll have to re-build a new tree with over 7000 relatives.
I was wondering the same thing, although it's only been a week for me. But I kind of feel like I got ripped off because I upgraded to premium just for this purpose. My tree is on another genealogy website and it has hundreds of thousands of record matches, so I can't believe that the same tree here is not finding anything. I guess I'll just keep waiting.
Please note that for big trees as yours the Smart Matches might have a small 'delay' since they are recalculated and updated every time the person makes a change on his/her tree.
I have manually updated your smart matches, so if in 48 hours you still cannot see any Smart Matches, please contact me again.
