A few months ago the MyHeritage server for us in Finland changed to use a server located in Sweden. Regrettably this often has increased the response time of the service quite a bit. Obviously the change was made to reduce the load on the server located in Israel (?) but for us it led to a worse service. Is there anything you could do?
When I am trying to access MyHeritage it has changed lately to myheritage.se at about the same time as the service got sslower. I have believed that it means that the server is located in Sweden but course it may mean that the data is somehow rerouted through a Swedish server. If this the case, it means that the route is not a simple one and why has it to be routed through Sweden, anyway.
I see in your account details that your preferred language is Swedish. This means that you are auotmaticaly redirected to our swedish domain.
This shouldn't affect your navigation speed.
If your language shouldn't be Swedish, please make sure to change it from your profile page. This will also change the domain that you are redirected to.
