Can premium member connect/confirm SmartMatch of free member

Few premium members have suggest matches for me, but I can't confirm those? Is it like that that SmartMatch connection can't be confirmed if the both "tree responsibles" are not Premium members?

Here is only few premium members whose matches I'm interested (but many free users), so upgrading my account won't get me anywhere...

A premium member can confirm a smart match they get regardless of whether or not the match is with a free member.

But how come on the page (sorry, all may not see it but get the clue)

it says "There are 4 Smart Matches™ confirmed by others pending your confirmation" and those are from premium plus members. I can't confirm those as a free member.

Or is it so that, if that premium member has first confirmed the connection - they are immediately connected to my tree and they don't need my pending confirmation to see my tree?

They can see your tree as long as it isn't private. If it is private, they will see the match and all the surrounding people will be marked "private". If your tree is not private they wll see the names of all the people surrounding the match as long as they are not still alive. I tried your link and it's not private so if someone has a match then they can view your tree and confirm a match if they are a premium member.
