Could someone please tell me how i terminate my membership with myheritage? I dont want the annual fees coming out of my credit card anymore and i dont wish to belong to myheritage. By deleting my account will this terminate my membership?

I have had a similar problem. I thought it was a monthly payment and then the full amount was taken out of my bank. I have tried to contact by email 2 times and no answer. there is no phone number:(

Hi Melanie,

I think the only answer is to cancel my credit card and get a new number. Surely what they are doing is illegal??
