Please request your husband to click on the little pink and blue rectangles above your name in the tree, and he will then be able to view the entire tree. Each member can view, however not edit, the entire tree, but the initial display for each may be a bit different as they are the "home person" when they log in.
By design you can only see a part of your tree at at given time, to make processing easier and faster for you computer.
The other people in your tree are showed in "pruned" branches (the very small pink and blue icons that you can see above certain individuals).
You can click on these icons to show the "hidden" parts of the trees.
I just tried the usual course of action myself and indeed it does not work. Perhaps they are doing maintenance or something. I would wait a day or so and then alert the support team directly if the list of options still doesn't show up. I will do so myself as well.
