I paid $107.46 for My Heritage Family Site Upgrade PLUS $59.60 for Historical Records collection. When I select an historical document, I am asked AGAIN to upgrade.
Some of the historical data comes from third parties that require royalties on its use by customers. We cannot give all our subscribers this data for free, else the content partners will not get paid, which is not possible.
