On the Home Page of my Family Tree Site,all of a sudden,it lists events for people that are not close family.I have my site setting set to 'Close Family',although this appears to apply to the email notifications,and not the Site.When I visit other family sites I am a member of,all my close family events are shown correctly.
Does anyone know what is going on,and how to I fix it......or isn`t it me ,but a glitch in the site?I`m sick of seeing Birthdays and Wedding Anniversaries for people we don`t know.
For a long time now I have not been receiving any reminders at all for my site.
I checked the settings and seem to have set it for reminders. Do you have to set it for each individual tree within the site? There seems to be no explanation, I am getting reminders as nauseum from other sites!
I was having the same problem,and had everything ticked in the settings.In the end I contacted MH and they fixed it in a jiffy,by goi8ng to EVENTS,but I still can`t remember what they did.I suggest you go to Events ,and make sure close family is selected.
As for the notifications from others,you can elect to unsubscribe from these.See bottom of notifications.
