I would like to make my site private - I understand how you do this, as my partner has done it for her family's site.
HOWEVER - I don't have the option under settings, all I can do is switch on facial recognition.
Please respond with how I can amend the settings as soon as possible.

And writing to the support email only gets a stock answer - which doesn't actually answer the question!!!!!!!!
I'm sure you can get respond from this web site, they are responding people on the forum.
May be you don't have administrator rights for your family page?
My issue was resolved quite some time ago - not through this forum, and it was nothing to do with admin rights.
