No Smart Matches four days after upload

My family tree has 10,000 names. Is four days a reasonable time for the matching to take? I'm thinking about upgrading to Premium but if there's a problem with the Smart Match program it might not be worth the money.

I made a change in the database for you, so it will go faster. You should receive matches within 2-3 days, if you do not upload a new GEDCOM.
