After two month of pilots and trials I decided to upgrade my site and to share it with my extended family. But I would like to change the name of my site. As I have already 11 members I would like to keep it all existing links etc. and only to replace the existing and temporally name with a final one.
If that is not possible I will create a new site (under the new name) and send invitation again to all existing members.
I would like to make the upgrading to a site with final name!
I did follow exactly your suggestion and now I'm in a big mess... After I changed the name and the URL I cannot upgrade this site because it brings me to a Account Center of one of my old pilot sites... And also other links are sending me to my old pilot sites or to a home page of MyHeritage. Also the statistic was lost. I really don't know how to proceed.
First of all - could you delete completely ALL pilot sites I open in the past and don't use them:
Okay, we've deleted the old sites and left the tracz.myheritage.com site only.
The problems you experienced entering the Account Center and following other links to your site have also been taken care of.
I apologize for the inconvenience, thanks for letting us know right away. I would appreciate if you could let me know these problems rear their ugly heads again. I'll send the tech team to investigate. (they like to destroy misbehaving bugs ;)
