I have more then 3500 smart matches. I set the filter to Excact match and went thre the remaning matches but none of them seams relevant, is there some thing i can do to get better matches?
All the matches seams very fare fetched, date of birth and death are way of and first names ofthen doesn't even look slightly similare :(
I don't know if this will help you but be sure you want exact match on both first name and surname. The dates may or may not match. They just match names I think. Good luck.
I'm sorry. I don't remember how I started Smart Matches on here. I'm not very good with computer and was just lucky I found this place where I could put in my information and they do most of the work. Maybe you could ask the people who are in charge. Somewhere it says how to ask for Support from them, rather than just the people who are members. But the first thing I would do is try to delete the Smart Matches that you have and start from the beginnng again. They told me to "run Smart Matches again" . So I'm sure it can be done. I just have to find out how to do it also. :) I will reply again if I find the right place to go to start matching again.
