Smart Matches do frustrate you often. Today I got the usual bunch of non-hits, which I usually just "Reject all" (which I think its called in the English version, using the Swedish myself) by default. But now the top suggestion caught my eye. Three stars and 70% match. This ought to be a candidate at last. When I brought up the details, disappointment again: The only actual match was the gender (see attached picture) and the fact neither had any children.
How can this be a 70% match??? (sorry about the Swedish language in the picture, but you will probably get the point due to lack of green fields). In my world the the lack of data in a comparison does not equals a match.
Please do the Smart matching parameters customizable by the users!
Dear Mattias,Thank you for your post.I am very sorry to hear that you feel that way about the Smart Matches. We are aware that there are a few failures on the algorithm and we are planing to concentrate all our efforts on improving the Smart Matches. Currently our developers are working on the Super Search which will be a powerful research feature that will be released in the new few weeks.Thank you for much for your patience and understanding.Best Regards,Ilana
Hej Mathias. Jeg er også godt træt af Smart Matches. Man burde selv kunne administre at man evt. kun vil have matches som er ex over 80 %. Kan godt se at det ikke vil virke i dit tilfælde med det match du fik, men man kunne så håbe at der ikke kom som mange. Er ikke så godt til engelsk på skrift, derfor for du svaret her på dansk.
