I've loaded my family tree to the web site.
I can't see the representative photos and the names (first and second) on the 3D view.
Formal support didn't answer.
I'll appreciate any help.

Please re-publish your family tree. We had some technical difficulties but re-publishing the tree should take care of the problem.
