Problem #1I am still not able to use Family Tree Builder version 6.0.0.5634 downloaded from myheritage.com web site.The program downloaded and installed without any errors.When I try to use the program, I get a dialog box asking me to register the product before I can use it.I am given two options, one to log-in as new user, and two, log-in as existing user.I have tried both.I always get the same problem, the program returns another dialog box saying the myheritage.com site is busy and it gives me two options, one try again later, and two, try now.Using either causes the program to stop responding.I have to use the Task Manager to clear the program and processes.Every time I boot my system, I go through the same problem before I can use my system for other tasks.It has been about 8-days since I reported this problem.I real would like to get someone from myheritage support team to help resolve this problem in a timely manner.Thanks, Barry Simmons 02/20/2012 1816cst.
