Why do I get a server time out when trying to sign in to my site?I have to use a link from an email to get in to my site now, this is very frustrating & needs to be fixed immediately. The response time from the people at "myheritage.com" is ridiculous, they just don't care unless you're paying top dollars! What an insult to their propaganda to entice you to sign up with them. Also they don't remove a site when you ask them to no matter what the reason.I now have 2 sites that are conflicting with each other when I try to sign in.Thanks ever so much for the free messy site.
Hi , Perhaps you do not have Adobe Flash Player installed correctly on your computer. Please go to to www.adobe.com to download and then try again. This link is a way to check which version of Flash is installed on your computer: http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_15507 Also, if you do have sites that you would like deleted, please email the URL of the site to me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will take care of it. Please let me know if this helps! Esther / MyHeritage Team
Hello Esther, Thank you for replying quickly,I have done as you suggested & followed the link for the test & everything came up okay with the newest version installed.
Also others who have joined or wish to join my site are not able to open my site,it just gives them a server timeout.I cannot open your home page either on any computer I've tried let alone my web site. The only way I'm able to get logged in is by following a link from previous emails to reply to them, then I'm able to visit all web sites I have joined but not my own "Nova Scotia MacPhails".I recently renamed my site hoping that might be of some help but to no avail.I'm still not able to get into your home page nor my site.
