I get this error pop-up ( Failed to load English language strings) when attempting to open Family Tree Builder. How can I fix this?

Trying to uninstall My Heritage Family Tree Builder program. How long should it take. It seems to start uninstalling, then halt. Please advise. I want to remove it from my computer.

Please restart your computer, and then go to Control Panel > Add remove programs, and please try removing the program again.
