It has been 7 days since I started a Smart Matches search and still the message says that matching is updating and to come back soon.
I would write an email to support however it has just taken them 17 days to answer another email from me so that doesn't seem like an option.
Can someone at My Heritage please fix the Smart Match thing for me? My money is being wasted here, big time!!
I looked at your account details and I can see your tree has been processed successfully.
Since your tree has 10K individuals in it, depending on the number of Smart Matching requests pending at the time your tree enters the queue it can take a bit longer than it does for smaller trees.
I also made sure that all support requests you sent will be answered if they haven't already. I see that Arbel and Aviv took care of the requests you had open this week.
