BILION in Europe and BILLION in english language are not the same!!!!
BILION in Europe in other languages then english means 1 000 000 000 000, in english it means 1 000 000 000.
So your sentence in czech language is not true. You give to users impression, that you have over 1 000 000 000 000 record, so please do something with it, you have 1000 times less record then you are writing.
Second sentece may be with word "miliardy" besides billions:
