How long should it take from uploading a Gedcom file (about 4,000 persons) until I start seeing Smart Matches showing up? It's been over 48 hours and so far nothing.
I am having the same problem. The Smart Matching page says Smart Matching is locating matches and to come back but it has been 48 hours doing this. I know my tree is large however 48 hours is a long time.
I have the same problem. I had matches but after saving it under new name all was gone and have not appeared back since i did this 1 day ago.
Additionally when publishin my project the listo of pages is all red an says: page not found. I have contacted you about this problem earlier today using contat form.
