i've been having trouble viewing my face recognitio, even though i've already downloaded macromedia flash thing, not sure what to do now!!! very frustrating! hopefully someone can help, would be much appreciated, thanks x
Does it tell you that you need to download Flash again after you've already installed it?
There seems to be a bug in older versions Macromedia Flash player that is causing problems.
What you need to do is go to http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_14157 and download the special Adobe uninstaller for Flash. This will clean your system of any previous versions of Flash player.
After you have finished this, please download the newest version of Flash again.
Once this is completed, I would be happy to invite you to visit MyHeritage once more and use Face Recognition.
